2. Degreed & certified coaches
A coach can make all the difference in the world
when it comes to athletic performance. That’s
why at 2KR Sports Performance we only select the
best of the best when it comes to our coaching
staff. We require our coaches to have at least a
two year degree in Exercise Science or a related
field, and to have coached at least at the High
School level. Our coaches also understand that
while they should push athletes to their limits,
they should also lead by example, using positive
reinforcement and identifying each athlete’s
individual learning style.
3. Guaranteed personal attention from the
At 2KR Sports , we train in groups of 15 or
less. We believe that training in small groups
allows more personal one-on-one attention
between coach and athlete, which ensures that
each athlete will be able to get the
instructions they need to improve.

Do you have to be an athlete to train
at 2KR Sports ? No. Do you have to be a certain
age or have certain skills? Absolutely not. At
2KR Sports we have programs for males and
females of any age, any skill level, athlete or

6. We use the 24 fitness clubs as our indoor
site- just like the pros use!
Each of our state-of-the-art training
facilities is between 15,000 – 30,000 square
feet with Olympic style weightlifting
equipment – all from the best vendors in the
business. You’ll train just like a pro…
Outdoors- we train old school on the track and
football fields and any hill we find.
7. Or train next to a pro!
At 2KR Sports we train athletes of all
skill levels, from an 8-year-old Little Leaguer,
to an NFL running back. And sometimes both are
training at the same time! This gives our
younger athletes a chance to see first-hand that
what they are doing even works for the pros –
not to mention giving them the chance to train
next to a pro!
8. A video analysis system that shows
We use a video analysis system which allows
athletes to see their athletic performance in
action, and allows our coaches to analyze their
athletic performance. This gives coaches the
opportunity to make corrections where necessary,
and gives athletes the opportunity to see how
they are improving.
9. One-on-one meetings with athletes, parents
Our coaches will periodically schedule meetings
with athletes and parents to discuss the
athlete’s performance and improvement. This
gives parents the opportunity to better
understand the program, exactly what their child
is experiencing, and to determine the value of
the program to their child’s athletic

In our eyes, our work is never done. To
